UrduOnAir.com started in 2006 by Shahrukh Hasan. In the first year or so, Shahrukh used it as a personal blog, and then as a podcast called ‘Desi Geek’. The response was okay but he decided to convert UrduOnAir into an Entertainment and Educational Site.
In 2008, Shahrukh started publishing Chicago’s local community event videos & photos on Urduonair. He also published a couple of how-to educational videos. As time progressed, this library started to grow.
Now, UrduOnAir have more than 5 dozen videos and photos. Even though, we are a small site, we have a loyal and supportive audience.
We are happy and thankful for Our Family, Friends and Loyal visitors for supporting us throughout these years.
